SHIPPING

Rigby Nowhere ships through Australian Post internationally and domestically within Australia.

We offer both express and standard shipping. Options can be accessed via the checkout. Shipping will remain standard unless requested otherwise.  Rigby Nowhere charges a fixed $7 for orders within Australia and weight priced as per weight pricing for International orders. 
Also all information on Australia post can be accessed by visiting australiapost.com.au and tracking numbers will be attached to all orders.

Please note: Skateboard decks and various items at Rigby Nowhere are made to order as they are custom made, may take up to 21 days to be shipped, If you have questions about information on specific wait times, contact us at  rigbynowhere@hotmail.com where we will be happy to answer any questions.

RETURN POLICY

Quality Goods Return​

​

For return of the quality goods, we compensate cost of goods only. Delivery charges are not compensated. Same works for a partial return of quality goods – delivery charges also won’t be compensated.

You can return an item or entire order if it meets requirements below:

  • Both item(s) and its package should be saved in their original conditions

  • Confirmation of your ID and the fact of purchase and its conditions (commodity or cash receipt)

  • Returns must be organised within 30 days.

  • The returning item is not included in the 

DEFECTIVE GOODS RETURN

You can return defective goods with the full refund of both order price and shipping expenses. In case of partial return, shipping expenses are not compensated.

We consider item defective, if it meets one of the following conditions: items with the wrong article, color, style, quality, size.  Differences in layout and design elements won’t be considered as the indicator of non-quality product.

Refunds are made within 5 working days from the moment we receive the returned product, you’ll receive a relevant email notification. If refund is issues to a bank account, refund period could be increased due to the bank’s terms on processing payments, contact your bank for details.​

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you purchased an item online and wish to exchange it for another product, you will need to return the original item within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be returned unworn and unwashed. If the item appears to have been worn or any damage has occurred we hold the right to refuse the exchange, please keep with in mind when returning your item.

Please note that all post cost on an exchange are to be paid for in full by the customer - if the parcel does not get returned, or gets lost in the mail we cannot issue the exchange, so please register the return post with full tracking if you are concerned this could happen. All sizes are clearly stated in the product information in full detail, the sizes are unisex and measurements in centimetres have been provided and clearly stated. Please be sure to check the measurements on the site before ordering again in the future. We want you to be happy with your product so it is important you check these details prior to ordering.

Be sure to email me a receipt of the proof of payment. Your new item will be posted once the item you wish to exchange has been returned and checked for damage.
